Returns & Exchange Policy

Since every Urban Saddle wallet is handcrafted specifically for your order, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size expectations.

However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, we will gladly resolve it. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order ID
• Clear photos/video of the issue

Custom orders (personalised colours/engravings) are non-refundable except in cases of manufacturing defect.
